Islam and Violence

Islam is an aggressive religion. Allah in Quran does not tolerate. He punishes the unbelievers with extreme cruelty. In Islam the key answer to majority of problems is the holy sword. Generally, Islamic violence falls into two categories: first, Muslims against non-Muslims and second, Muslims against Muslims. Islam brutally punishes anyone who dares to defy Islamic ideology especially when it comes from inside the Islamic society. There are well documented reports of brutal tortures and killing of activists in Islamic countries.

Muslims tend to express overreaction and aggression against anything which disrespect Islam and its prophet. Islamic clerics heavily encourage Muslims to be totally intolerant against any constructive or unconstructive criticism. Generally, in Islamic communities there is a hidden competition between Muslims to show off their devotion. In this regard, being overreacted and aggressive against non-Islamic views can substantially boost the recognition and position of a Muslim in the cult.

The Quran appallingly says that anyone who fights against Allah must be “killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides”:

[Al-Maidah 5:33] "Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment"

Many Islamic clerics claim that Islam is the religion of peace and it brings mercy for its followers but according to the Quran, Islam unkindly condemns peace when Muslims have the upper hand:

[Muhammad 47:35] "So do not weaken and call for peace while you are superior; and Allah is with you and will never deprive you of [the reward of] your deeds."

Muslims are taught from birth that Islam is superior and if they successfully convert anyone to Islam, they will unquestionably be granted the entrance to paradise. So, it makes a big motivation for them to forcefully try to expand their religion. The first step to achieve this ambitious expansion is to silence any defiance whether from inside Islamic society or from outside.

Muhammad strongly tried to increase the number of Muslims as well as the amount of territory under Muslim control by waging war on non-Muslims communities. The Quran describes such a war as Jihad. The Quran states that Jihad is a sacred war against non-believers and Muslims are the absolute winners in this war and they will definitely go to paradise whether they kill or they get killed. The vast majority of present Muslims are descendants of those forced converted Muslims.

The Quran unfairly gives absolute power to Muhammad to heartlessly kill non-believers and enslave their women and children and also take over their land and possessions:

[Al-Ahzab 33:25] "And Allah repelled those who disbelieved, in their rage, not having obtained any good. And sufficient was Allah for the believers in battle, and ever is Allah Powerful and Exalted in Might." [Al-Ahzab 33:26] "And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party." [Al-Ahzab 33:27] "And He caused you to inherit their land and their homes and their properties and a land which you have not trodden. And ever is Allah , over all things, competent."

Since the rise of Islam, fourteen centuries ago, millions of innocent people have been killed and hundreds of millions have been tortured and forced to convert to Islam. According to the history of Islam and the Quran, violence and intolerance are deeply in the nature of Islam and Muslims have extensively used them to enforce their ideology.
